About Associate Professor Kellee Slater
A/Professor Kellee Slater is a highly respected General Surgeon with over two decades experience in complex abdominal surgery and liver transplantation. Graduating with Honours from the University of Queensland in 1994, A/Professor Slater went on to complete her Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2002. She further honed her expertise through advanced fellowships in liver, kidney, and pancreas transplantation at the University of Colorado Hospital (USA), and hepatobiliary surgery at Princess Alexandra Hospital, QLD.

Her clinical interests include complex hernia repair and abdominal wall reconstruction, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas surgery, liver transplantation, laparoscopic gallbladder surgery and management of medically complex surgical patients.

Known for her precision, compassion, and dedication to surgical education, A/Professor Slater continues to shape the future of abdominal surgery in Australia.
