In 2022 and 2023 Mildura Health Private Hospital embarked on a $12 million dollar upgrade of the Central Sterile Store Department (CSSD) and operating theatres within Perioperative Services. The Hospital is now equipped with 3 brand new operating theatres each 56 sqm aligned with the Australian Health Facility Guidelines. The Hospital also has 2 newly refurbished endoscopy suites and an 8-bed stage 1 recovery area, 8-bed stage 2 recovery area and 8-chair stage 3 recovery area.
 

The Perioperative Services Department boasts state of the art furniture, fixture and equipment in a newly designed floorplan, per the Australian Health Facility Guidelines, promoting exceptional safe quality healthcare.
