Dr Kossman is a highly qualified Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon with extensive international experience and a strong commitment to evidence-based care. He holds medical and surgical qualifications from Germany, including training in general, trauma, and orthopaedic surgery, and has earned fellowships with both the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and the Australian Orthopaedic Association. His clinical expertise spans upper and lower limb conditions, pelvic and spinal surgery, hip and knee replacements, and compartment syndrome.

Dr Kossman has held consultant roles at leading hospitals across Australia and Europe and continues to contribute to academic medicine through professorial appointments and research. Known for his compassionate, patient-centred approach, Dr Kossman ensures patients are fully informed and actively involved in their treatment decisions.
