Employment Status: Fixed Term Contract (12 Month Leave Coverage)


Hours per Fortnight:  60 Hours per fortnight 


This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care and safety.


About the Role

You will be responsible for providing quality service with patient care, equipment handling, cleaning, and patient transport services while contributing to the overall performance of the operating theatre.

You will make an impact by:

  • Assisting clinicians and team members with patient preparation

  • Preparing, checking and maintaining surgical equipment

  • Ensuring sterile and safe environment.

  • Providing safe patient transport within the operating suite and interdepartmental transfers


About you

You are seeking a dynamic team who are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience with a focus on safety-first. You are a good communicator with a natural ability to show compassion and empathy to patients. Professional in your work, you have a strong attention to detail and are quick to learn and adapt.


Experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
