Dr. Parakkal is a highly experienced anaesthetist who has been serving the Mildura community for many years. He completed his medical degree at Medical College, Trichur and his MD in Anaesthesia at B.J. Medical College, India. Dr. Parakkal is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA).



Dr. Parakkal has held senior roles in anaesthesia at hospitals in India and Australia, including Amala Cancer Hospital, Broken Hill Base Hospital, Queen Elizabeth Hospital Adelaide, and Mildura Base Public Hospital.



He has been a Visiting Medical Officer at Mildura Health Private Hospital since 2012. He is also actively involved in training and supervision of anaesthesia trainees and interns.
