About Dr. Ponnaren Pak

Dr. Pak is a highly qualified orthopaedic surgeon, holding fellowships with both the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and the Australian Orthopaedic Association. He graduated in medicine from the University of Melbourne and undertook advanced orthopaedic training across Melbourne and Sydney. Dr. Pak has further specialised in shoulder and elbow surgery, knee surgery, and orthopaedic sports medicine, ensuring his patients benefit from the latest surgical techniques, including minimally invasive procedures designed to optimise outcomes and support early recovery.

Dr. Pak’s expertise spans shoulder and elbow arthroplasty, open and arthroscopic reconstruction of the shoulder and elbow, as well as hip and knee arthroplasty. He is also highly experienced in both open and arthroscopic surgery of the hip and knee. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Pak holds an academic appointment with the University of Notre Dame School of Medicine, reflecting his commitment to education and the advancement of orthopaedic care.
