We’re seeking reliable and motivated team members to join our Patient Services team at Mildura Health Private Hospital.

About the roles


General Services Assistant: As part of the Patient Services team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout patient rooms, clinical areas including theatres, equipment and public spaces. You will support infection prevention practices and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. Casual weekday evening shifts required.


Catering & General Services Assistant: As part of the Patient Services team, you’ll contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the hospital through high-quality cleaning and environmental services. You will also assist with catering services, including meal preparation and delivery, dishwashing and maintaining clean and hygienic dining and kitchen areas. Casual shifts are required on weekday evenings, along with Sundays.


About you

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.

  • A motivated, self-starter attitude.

  • Up to date required immunisations inclusive of a 2026 influenza vaccination.

  • Satisfactory National Police Check and Employee Working with Children Check.

  • Previous experience in hospital environmental services or healthcare cleaning (desirable).
